sounds good. There is an old timey grocery store in Brownsboro, dates back to the 40s. The floors are worn out wood that flex as you walk. It has the best meat market in East Texas and they have a little grill. You can get an EC sandwich for $2. She toasts a hamberger bun, puts mustard on it and 2 EC links, split. You can have lettuce, tomato, pickles and onion in you want them. A 1/3 lb hamburger is $3. Good stuff.

Me, of course!

Besides me, downtown is thriving and the courts are hopping. It's business as usual around here.

We will be in your neighborhood tomorrow night. Spending the night at Nell's. She's having surgery tomorrow and needs someone to stay with her tomorrow night. I'll see if I feel anything shaking.

I hope it's nothing serious and all goes well for her.

My Dad spent this past weekend in Longview Regional. He has just about lost use of his legs due to the neuropathy and just refuses to use his walker and scooter. Thus, he's had a few pretty bad falls recently. This one Saturday morning was a really close call. I'm hoping he learned a lesson. He was lucky.
