I hear ya Jim. I injured mine 11 years ago but refused to do anything about it. The pain finally got so bad 6 months ago I finally gave in last month. Among all the other things messed up in there I had a monster sized bone spur that prevented me from raising my arm any higher than level.

I had a huge bone spur in my knee also, complete with bone fragments floating around. Not good to wait around and get this stuff fixed...

Heard a song on the way in this morning that brought back old (real old) memories. Doubt many of you have heard of Delaney and Bonnie, but they were great back in the 60s. I have seen their daughter Bekka Bramlett. She was a backup singer with Delbert McClinton's band for years. If you want to learn some history about how they were an influence on Eric Clapton, the Beatles, the Allman Brothers, Joe C0cker and others, google them. They were great.

You never heard of Delbert McClinton? he's from Fort Worth. Eric Clapton? One of the worlds best guitar players. What about J. J. Cale? Allman Brother's band? Mad Dog Joe C0cker? Google them. I bet you've heard their music, even if it was accidental.
