I put the new head unit in my truck on Sunday and I just ordered a Kenwood KAC-8405 4 channel amp and 4 Kenwood KFC-C6893PS 6x8 3 way speakers. Now I need to start saving for the enclosure, subwoofer, capacitor, and amp. The head unit sounds great with the stock speakers but I can't wait to get some better speakers with a little bit of power behind them in the truck to see what it sounds like.

If you get a good enough amp you don't need a cap......imo

Caps are just another power drain, you need a higher amp alt before anything else
