Let's start over......
Still limping around a lot after knee surgery, and first day back on the comp. Doc had a lot of cleaning to do in there and boy can I tell. The main problem was a bone spur, had to grind some bone down and the thing is so dang tender, and the skin on the outside of my knee is numb to the touch. Also had regular old meniscus and cartilage repairs to do, but the bone issue is a real pita. Swelling still, can't straighten the knee out still, but I'll live.
Going to take the truck to get the maggie cats put on tomorrow I think. So no more leaks.
Also I think my SS cowl has developed a stress crack in the center but oh well. Still better than the alternative ugly stock cowl.

Well I actually didn't get up there to inspect. I thought I saw a faint line from hood to windshield and I ran my finger across it and felt it so just from that I assume it was a stress crack. It's the price you pay to have these these fiberglass parts I guess.
I wouldn't fret it much from my experience just make sure it's got no weak spots in it. I thought I beefed it up enough with fiberglass patch work I did underneath it, but maybe it's the paint work, who knows. I'm not worried about it.

Those repairs like that suck in the beginning but you'll be thanking yourself later on...
Woke up early this morning thinking about a problem with the state payroll tax. Got here at 7:00, problem has been solved. I do my best work in bed after I wake up. No, that is not work, so don't go there.
Do you solve problems after you awaken and before you get up? I have always done that. I do some of my most creative thinking then.
