Genuine gm junk.....why can't gm come up with tranny cooler lines/connections that don't leak?....70k and they're leaking...

Every gm work truck I've driven in the past 20 years has had this issue along with the others in the fleet at the shop.....

Learn to do "add on" sales.....your boss will be impressed.....

Its been awhile since my retail days but I sold alot of tools when people came in looking for bolts, screws, nails

Example....If they come in for a soda then suggest a candy bar or chips to go with it.......you don't derail them from their original purchase, you just suggest additional items.....

Like on a boat if you have a good knowledge of the customer base in the area....go out of your way and show them the latest and greatest radar systems, depth finders, gps.....you don't want to trash talk their boat or try to force the sale but just make subtle suggestions on how cool the new features of these devices are.....just ask them "Have you seen this yet?".....pretty easy once you get the hang of it....
