This talk reminds me that I have to get some deck boards replaced, the deck painted/restained and the pool cover on before the leaves start falling.

Ya I know....the boy gets confirmed in two weeks and the wife is chomping at the bit to get the place spiffed up....front steps need some touch up stain....

I've always just mulched.....never ever bagged leaves.....

I've got Kentucky blue grass.....in the spring.....aeriate, dethatch, mulch, dethatch, mulch, and then fertilize and then in the fall aeriate, mulch and fertilize.........dang lawns are alot of work.....

Yep, I understand. Especially maintenance people. At the rent house, our landlord is a cousin, so it's not a big deal. It's nice to tell him when something is broke and not worry about it.
