Central air and heat. Very modern little place. Three bedroom living room, kitchen/dining room and 2 baths. The landlord pays the water. The highest bill in the summer was $59. The water bill in Burleson was $500.

yea ive seen them on ebay before, just dont know that i trust some of them, and it may take me a while to get it in my truck i dont want to chew up all my warranty just trying to get it installed.

I may go check some local junk yards and see whats available.....

One advantage with the new fence is that it keeps our leaves out of our yard....couple of the neighbors were cussing about that this weekend......
