Just got a call, a job offer, back in Fort Worth. Now what do I do? Wish it had not happened, I know that.

Heading to Burleson after work for a 49th anniversay get tother, then back to Brownsboro late tonight or wait till morning and drive in to Athens. If Momma and Maggie decide to come back, it will be tonight. If they don't, then it will be early in the morning. Racking up the miles!

At least I'll start out in a clean truck. That will last till I meet some bugs.

I would've thought those bugs would've dried up in all that heat and drought down there.....

The grass hoppers are getting bad up here....its no fun to ride the Harley when they're out.....

Those things could sting at about 60 mph.

I hate the way the sand clings to my shoes, then covers the floor mats. makes it tough to take off my shoes!

Ya they feel like rocks above 55....

To keep the sand out of the cab....change shoes while getting in.....and have one of those storage tubs to throw your dirty shoes in.....

That would work. I have those molded mats that you can take out and dump, but these Huskies don't shed as easily as the Catchalls do in the 05. Wish I could have found Catchalls. The dumbards don't list fronts for 2011 in their catalog but do a rear. I have since found out that apparently the 2010s are the same on the fronts. Why didn't they say that?

I really doubt I take it. It would be helping to clean up a mess in a company my 80 year old cousin owns. His BIL is running it and has grown till he can't handle it. My cousin financed it and is majority owner. Electrical construction company that has been very successful, Not sure I want to work with family, but it's about 15 minutes from the house, in Kennedale. I really think a lot of my cousin and we get along very well. Would hate for something to change that.He grew up with my Dad.

Going to take 4 axles over to my dads house that I have laying around. 3 of them are short enough to fit in the bed and one of them is 8' long. Going to look dumb going down the road with the 16' trailer with one axle on it
