Without my boat on the boat trailer you can't see the trailer at all in the mirrors or looking behind you. I drop the tail gate so I can see it but there's only about 4" between the tailgate and the winch so you better be able to keep it straight.

Pat might be on to something....

We have a little utility trailer that I can not see with the tailgate up or down when it's on my truck. I can't even see it in the mirrors when they are pulled out. It is the ultimate pain in the tail to tow behind my truck...

I would if I could pick the damn thing up....... It is nice to store though, I can take the forklift and stick it in one of our racks at work.

Sounds like Dave and Matt need back up cameras.....

I've got a utility box on the work truck and that makes it a real fun time when a trailer is tow.....the shop put a back up camera in and that makes it alot better.....

Ya but then I'd want to drive down the highway backwards just to see how well I could do it. I'm better off without it......

If I could afford the head unit I want, I would put a 2011 tailgate camera on the truck and also put a rear view camera on the 5er. I got spoiled driving my dads BlueBird.....
