My Thoughts on Obama as a Muslim sympathizer

He's not.

His middle name has no bearing on relations with the middle east.

He converted from Islam to Christianity. Thta makes him more evil in the eyes of Muslim fanatics than a born-Christian. He is considered a traitor to the faith and would most likely have less clout in dealing with extremists in Iran.

That's all. I could be wrong.

I could see that he may have less clout because he has converted. The middle east has dealt with a slew of Christians since the beginnings of its oil dynasty. However with Mr. Obama, I wonder if the US will actually get more clout in the world for electing a man of color to the white house? It's hard for me to have faith in what any candidate says they will do. I believe that Mr. Obama is devout in his convictions in regards to the changes that need to take place in Washington. Now as to whether or not he can do it, that will be another story for the history books.

based on color, we would have clout with countries that need US, not the other way around.

that being said, Obama is quite a charismatic man and can win over foreign leaders with his charm (much like Kennedy).

I just hope people look at him and choose to vote or not vote for him on his record and not his skin color.

If the election goes that way a lot could happen.
The dems took majority in both houses in the '06 elections.
This Nov could bring a 'filibuster proof' senate.
If that happens, bills will fly through like a Detroit auto assemblyline.
No gridlock....errr...I mean no counterbalance. :o

The above, is the SCARIEST statement or possibility that I have EVER heard! I shudder to think if that happens... If it does, the book of Revelations describes what is to come...

Well I know a lot of folks have made comments that the muslim countries are dancing in the streets that he's made it this far and that concerns some folks. However this is my thinking. I'd be willing to bet that he really would want to keep his image and might even go out of his way to prove the naysayers wrong and keep folks from pointing fingers by possibly being harder on the muslim countries than any other candidate would.

Well if his churchs' pastor keeps 'helping' him,

Obama may be better off saying, "Wait, wait, I'm a muslim, no seriously I mean it, I'm a muslim!".

Any irony there as that was almost exactly when the economy took it's nose dive?

Not ironic at all.
When you turn on the kitchen light, the roaches scatter.

No Fault

I certainly would not fault the dems or any party for that matter on the economy taking a nose dive. Republicans run the federal reserve right? Corporate America is the sole reason the economy has taken a dive and corporate America pays both repulicans and democrats to get it's policies pushed.

The economy is falling because once again the cost of living is exceeding the income of the people. Middle class America does not have an average income of $400,000 so why is a piece of ***** house in the ghetto worth that much? I see these row houses and town homes built in 1978 with no updates on the DIY and home channels all the time. These people are flipping these places that in shambles were being valued at $250,000!!!! What the hell is that all about? A three bedroom 1600 square foot piece of $h|t. Shame on the real estate appraisers.

Lending institutions are crashing left and right. On my street alone there are 5 fore sale signs and my brand new 2000 square foot home was purchased for $121,900 3 years ago. Tile, kitchen island, all the appliances (except fridge) garage, gas and electric 3 bedroom 2.5 bath with game room. Lending institutions make the practice of giving interest only loans on high dollar houses to people working at McDonalds and other low wage earning positions...what did they think was going to happen? Pure greed, get in and get out and screw everyone else.

People are proud of the value of their house and they borrow money against it. They buy the house for $100,000, it appreciates to $300,00 but they are paying on the $100,000 mortgage. The time comes to move but they can't afford to because real estate speculation has made it impossible to afford another house, AND ITS THE EXACT SAME PIECE OF $H|T THEY ALREADY HAVE!

The economy has tanked because of greed. It has tanked because once again the ruling class has fallen out of touch with the working class. Exorbitant salaries are being paid to law makers on the hill that spend less than 100 days a year on the job, and they get nothing done at that other than to attach riders to compensate their already over inflated salaries.

Is there anyway the entire population can give the Government the finger?

It is time to overthrow.......

people overextending themselves is the fault of the government and big business?
Houses appreciate because morons are prepared to pay $400k for a house that was only worth $100k 3 years ago.

If you want to look at his experiance, you'll have to wait. He doesn't have any yet.

I can't understand how people can overlook this fact.

Hillary or Obama= two steps back. I guess that's what we get if that's what the majority wants.

It's funny how a portion of the population is treating this election year like a bad divorce. Bush is the hated ex.

Cut off your nose to spite your face.

I agree. My personal opinion is that Obama should lose now and come back in 8 years with some experience.
