If thats his Jetta in the photo then i dont think it's riced out. Primarily because it looks clean and has no huge wing or body kit. Hopefully it's got some nice engine mods, but i wouldnt go as far as to say rice and ill give him that.
Although i still think he should tuck his ***** back and higher his voice if he's willing to drive it...
