I got a ticket with 3 pictures on it. 2 of my truck,(all clean and shiny, rollin on 20's) and one of my plate I got it in Toledo, Ohio.... I live just 2 miles north of the TOILET...Got any suggestions, other than driving slower?????

Nope pretty much your screwed,be careful who you loan your vehicle out to though. It'd be a bitch to get a ticket because you loaned it out and they were speeding in it.

I can't believe these types of threads.

If you can't afford it or don't want to pay for it or don't want to man up to doing it, then don't do it in the first place.

It ain't the man keeping you down and it ain't big brother watching you.

I'm with this guy. You wanna speed, gotta pay the price. If not, slow the **** down.

The police here can’t use them because the court says if the cop doesn’t see it then it didn’t happen. I think it has to do with calibration of the equipment. But that is Albany NY. I’m sure that will change soon.

The first thing you need to do is get a lawyer and let them take care of it. I’m sure it’s beatable. I had a neighbor get a ticket she got a lawyer and he kept having it postponed and as long as she didn’t get another ticket he told her the judge wouldn't make the fine as bad. Not sure how that turned out though. Good luck with your ticket though.

The only time I've heard about it being fought was due to the yellow lights time being shortend by the company that installed the lights.
I believe it was In OC. They said the company that installed them recieved a % for every ticket given. And that's why they messed with them. They got busted and I'm sure in big trouble.
Didn't it show a picture of "you" in the vehicle?
My friend got one and it showed him. His mom asked if he got a ticket, and he denyed it. Till she showed him the pic.hahahah what a dummy

My mom works for the city and when the new red light cameras went in here in bako she talked to a few people about them. turns out if they cant see your face then they cannot prove it was you driving and it will be thrown out. so just look down if you see one coming up. i also know this first hand bc while i was up at school i was driving my truck which was still in my grandpa's name at the time and in portland they sit these discrete vans out on the side of the road to catch you speeding. well it got me saying 11 mph over when i and the people in my truck all knew it was only 4 but anyways...my grandpa got a ticket in the mail back here 800 miles away. i called the courts and the lady said he just had to send in a copy of his driver's license and then it would be thrown out. so if you want to speed through one of those make sure you have a friend driving, or just wear a mask everywhere you go.

$95.00 ticket don't mean crap to me. I was way over due for a ticket many many times over. I havent had a ticket in over 10 years. The problem is that i really don't think that time i was going that fast. The picture shows the vehicle, not the driver whatsoever. I know i was driving it that day. It was 7:00 pm and i was coming home after an auction, i was not in a hurry to get home. I guess i better check my tire revs. on the xcal 2 after putting the 20's back on. I might of put the wrong number in when i reprogrammed it. I just heard if you fight it, you can get out of it. Something about the right to confront your accuser. They can't bring that camera to court....
