My kids don't go there but, there are at least a dozen families in my nieghborhood with kids out there.

 

Another good reason to allow concealed-carry permit holders to take their firearms to work if they happen to work for a college or school.

There's a sick pattern to these types of things. This is the same week that Columbine school shootings happened, Waco Texas siege, Oklahoma City bombing, I know there's a few others, but it seems to be prevelant around the 19th of April, which happens to be my birthday. I'm gonna be watching the news like a hawk for the next few days, I pray nothing else like this happens anywhere.

My thoughts and prayers go out to the families in Virginia.

Unbelievable....I think I've just been motivated to get my concealed weapons permit and carry some heat to class....It happened in a Engineering building too...I am a Junior Civil Engineering student so thats pretty freaky...

but i fear there will be new gun laws because of this, there is already some guy blaming it on video games
and before this they were trying to put in new strict gun laws

FYI, it's illegal to carry a firearm on to a school's campus. As if that really stops people.

Yea...And new gun laws are going to stop there from being crazy people?? Somebody who wants to shoot up a school is going to find some guns to use no matter what the gun laws are........
