My picks for the first round:
Buffalo Sabres over the NY Islanders - Buffalo is too fast.
New Jersey Devils over Tampa Bay Lightning - could care less about this series.
NY Rangers over Atlanta Thrashers - The Thrashers are going to hate Sean Avery
Pittsburgh Penguins over Ottawa Senators - NHL needs the Pens to get past the first round.
Calgary Flames over Detroit Red Wings - I hate the Red Wings.
Anaheim Ducks over the Wild - The Ducks are just too much and the Wild have goalie issues. However, the Wild or the Flames could be the big upsets this playoff but I did pick the Flames.
Vancouver Canucks over Dallas Stars - I hate the Stars almost as much as the Red Wings and Marty Turco can't win in the post season.
San Jose Sharks over Nashville Preditors - Nashville?
