Talking It's official, I'm a father!

As of 7:34 AM, March 9, 2007, I officially became a father to my first-born son - Jackson! My wife and I are so excited and probably a little nervous still about not knowing what to do.

We have been entertaining visitors and trying to learn what to do the last two days at the hospital. We are finally home now and on our own (except for when my wife's parents come over everyday). We very much look forward to watching him grow and hopefully we can raise him right. I am sure he will teach us much more than we will ever teach him.

Here is a picture of me holding him shortly after he was born:

Congrats man...enjoy every minute. It seems like yesterday I brought my first born, a son, home too. We just had his 8th birthday party .

The time literally will fly by. Spend all the time you can with him. I can remember just laying on the couch with him on my chest sleeping.

I don't miss the diapers but I wonder where the time has gone.

Congrats again

Amen. My daughter just turned a year old Thursday, I started looking through all the pictures and realized how fast time was passing. Congrats on the new addition, only a year ago I was in a picture just like that, one of the best and scariest days of my life.

Too late to be taking lessons, just let nature take it's course, you will be fine. Good job!
