You let a chick buy a better truck than you?!?!?!

Time to go for the big badass boat and unsavory pickup look.

No. I went to the dealership on Friday afternoon at 2 to hopefully put a deposit on it. The truck was in the shop getting a full detail, new front wheel bearings, and an inspection. I was told that it would not be done until Saturday morning. Said fine, I'll be back on Monday afternoon to start to drive it more and put a deposit on it if all went well. Got the loan approval Saturday, and called them to hold it. She said it had sold Friday night... which I don't really get. I'm going back to school today, and will drive by the dealer to check it out. If it sold, then my search will continue...

Don't rush into anything. There are lots of trucks out there. I like the diesel too! And remember that diesel engines last forever!!! So don't let a 100--- something miles deter you. Diesels are good for an easy 500,000miles no problem! or way more. Just don't settle for any truck. Its a big purchase.

I think its the goofy ground effects kit, which he will rip off as soon as he pulls off the dealers lot..

That truck is hideous looking with those 1990 ground "defects" and taillight covers. Those definitely gotta go.

I figured he would be pulling off the ground effects.... The taillights, I think dont look that bad... If he pulls off the ground effects... The rest of the truck looks good...

If I get this truck, the tail light covers and running boards will be going adios. And I think that there is stainless trim along the rocker panels. That will also be going adios. The tint will also be redone to match the back windows (20%) if there is any.

That truck will look so much better with that stuff gone.
