So, I just emailed my uncle (aka the Insurance guy), and my insurance will only increase $28 over 6 months if I get this truck I *think* that is affordable...

Nice truck... Just out of curiosity what does something like this go for now?

There was a new '03 that looked very close to that one at the dealership when I bought my '03 F150. It had black leather with carbon fiber trim, custom wheels with nice off road meats, and a few other dealer adds. I REALLY wanted it, but my checkbook said hell-no!

Retail on it is about $17,900. Private party is about $14,000. I'll be somewhere close to private party for it. They're asking a bit more than private party, but I'm hoping to pay less.

Man! thats a one off truck. i mean.. look at the shifter.. everything is backwards! haha

oh.. and if your lookin for a deisel 6sp... the best place around ive found is Haninen Ford in Tipton.. they never sell an automatic truck if its deisel. we have bought probably close to 10 trucks there that i can remember.. good service.. the selection might not be the greatest cuz no new model super dudtys have hit the lot.

Went and drove this today... It's an auto with 130K on it. It's NIIIIICE. And they told me $17,900...which is less than private party, but I still wouldn't pay that much for it... Also, I'm not too sure if the truck actually did sell. The salesman I was dealing with wasn't in today, so I talked to the lady who answers the phones and asked her. Hopefully, it hasn't sold...

Maybe you're the one she's referring to?

Sorry to hear the news. I like the color on the new truck you are looking at.
