Without a doubt..I just made the right decision
I got in because when John Kerry was throwing his medals over the fence, I was on the other side catching them.
I got stuck with a pin too.
Technically, I was eligible for a Purple Heart, getting my Purple Heart.
Actually he chucked a bunch of Purple Hearts over, a lot of people got them.

Sorry you don't qualify BREW.
We got our policy 7 years ago for just about half of what Allstate was charging! We have our auto ins., homeowners ins., checking and savings accounts with USAA.

The checking is totally free, they even include the checks if you don't mind plain jane checks. Online billpay is free, the debit card is free and if you use it as an ATM card they reimburse you up to $15.00 a month in fees imposed by other banks ATM's. And the account earns interest!! Not much, we made 30¢ this month!!
Transferring money from a local bank account is simple, you can do it online. If you have a USAA credit card they will let you deposit checks online too, they have software you download, then you simply scan your checks, send the scan to them and they deposit it for you. You then void the check and keep it for your records, no need to send it to them through the mail.
Like I said so far I really like it. Doing all my banking and bill paying on the computer, takes me a few minutes a week and I don't have to drive to town!
