If you can't look at a woman beyond her sexual attractiveness, then no, you'll never be able to have a woman for a true friend. Saying that you can unattractive women for friends is the same as admitting you can't get past the sex thing. And that's too bad. One of my best friends is a woman, never even occured to me to look at anything else but the person she is.

Of course it was my wife that introduced us because we had a lot in common, I think she did it to keep me from dragging her all over the place in the boonies.

Sorry; but, no. I have no time to be hanging around women that I don't want to get freaky with. If you are friendly with women, you're not attracted to, the time comes when you have to let them know you're not attracted to them, and the friendship ends anyway.

There are exceptions. I have a few friends from Hugh School that I was hot for; but, they weren't interested. I got over it when I moved out of the small town into a world of loveliness and variety I didn't dream existed. I am fond of these girls like a brother, because they were very kind to me, even in rejection. Of course, now that I don't want them anymore, they want me. LOL


That's the way it goes I guess.

That's ridiculous, but I have to hear your rationale for that idea, please elaborate.

I have a son in college, not an athlete by any sense of the word though. And I don't agree with those kinds of programs simply because I believe people are born with their own unique talents and abilities and we need to strive towards a society where each individual is honored for what they can do.

The only real problem I see with athletics is when we start to make heroes out of people simply because they throw a football better than someone who may be the next Hawkins.

Ain't no football player out there finding the cure to cancer.

 

I have a good lady friend that I don't get to see all that often, but when we get together we talk about quite a bit together. We've even gone hunting together a couple of times. We talk about most everything, inluding sex, family, relationships and so on. My wife has only met her once or twice, and they got along great. My wife always asks me how she is doing, and what she's been up to lately. My wife and I trust each other in our marriage, and I have no desire to partake in any sexual adventures without her along. (This does not rule out the possibility of a 3-way!)

The girl I'm friends with is the type you would smack your momma to have a crack at. She is a physical trainer, in great shape with a great body, and very adventurous. She's treated her boyfriends like Kings, but keeps running into the wrong guys who end up being overbearing and think she's cheating on them. One guy accused us of sleeping together time and time again. I told her that if I'm going to be accused of the crime, I should at least get a chance to commit it.

Not true. There are plenty of "jocks" that excel in the classroom as well as the field. Stereotype much?
