Back From The @#$%! Middle East...

I just got back from the as$-hole of the world. Even though I live in the Communist People's republic of NJ, it's great to be here and not there.

I put a few new pics in my gallery if anyone cares.

Some useless stats:

I lost 30 lbs

I logged almost 300 flight hours during 31 sorties over Iraq & offloaded 3.6 million pounds of fuel

1 in flight emergency

3 cases of food borne illness

3 sand storms

1 rain storm that flooded the base

48 cigars smoked

Over 100 late night treks to the bathroom (living in a tent sucks )

1 scorpion sting

After getting "Reacquainted" with the wife, I did what anyone from NJ would do... I went to a good Italian restaurant...

Let me reaffirm this... The middle east is the festering hemorroid of the world. It sucks, and I despise being there.

Welcome back -- nothing like some good local food after a long stretch on the road!

Welcome back. Yeah it seems pretty much a wasteland over there. Amazing to think it's the "cradle of civilization", or so they say.

Thank you very much for your service. It's a sacrifice for sure. Hopefully your next assignment will land you closer to home.

Welcome back!

Thanks big time for your service. You all are making a huge sacrifice over there for our country. I think most of us still appreciate that.

My sister is in the "Military" stationed in Qatar and eats Steak, Lobster and Crab Legs almost daily.

Thanks for all the support of the military. It definitely means alot to me that the general populace supports the military/me. I really do appreciate that.

If there was ever a case arguing FOR THE USE of nuclear weapons, the middle east is it...

Welcome back. Those are some pretty sweet pics also.
I've got a question though. What does it feel like to get stung by a scorpion?
