This story is getting more interesting as it goes along. Here tell, and this story is brewing too, this rich attorney(the one that got shot)has some ties to HAIBURTON!!! Cheney has ties to HALIBURTON. In fact, Cheney was CEO when HALIBURTON was putting the screws to the U.S. Government!!

Anyway, the story is seeping out that something was/is amiss in the HALLIBURTON thing. You all know Cheney got lots of BLIND TRUSTS. I can bet my life savings on who is in Cheney's blind trusts too, and sleep like a baby cause I know I won that.

Say, something goes wrong with those BLIND TRUSTS.

This could explain why the SECOND MOST GUARDED PERSON ON THIS PLANET some how manages to ACCIDENTLY SHOOT SOMEBODY!!

Everytime I say that, I still can't believe it.. And I am being told, it is just a little ole accident, can happen to anybody!!

This incident reminds me of that American Chopper episode where the gang from OCC went hunting and almost shot the guide or was it the dog. Or maybe even both, anyways it's still a bunch of idiots in both cases. They are such Dub-ya supporters, I'm sure they will stick up for cheney and show him how not to shoot the people around them while hunting and still make it interesting for television.

 

And he is the second most guarded person on this earth. Some nations and countries don't have the level or quality of protection that our VP has, but he can manage to accidently shoot somebody.

He was shooting a 28, suppose he stuck a 410 in there and squeeze away?

Suppose he shot one of the secret service men/women!!!

Well by the time you add in his personal medical staff and their backpack defibrillators, he should be the most guarded peron on earth.

 

Hey now. I don't know why you people keep bringing that up. It happened a long time ago. Most people have forgotten that he killed someone and got away with it. Can't we just forget about this?

First, throw out all of the BS political statements.

Second, put blame where it belongs. I voted for the guy, but he pulled the trigger without knowing his target or backstop. I have shot quail and dove, and realize that it is easy to be looking down the barrel and not be able to see something that is blocked from view. Doesn't matter. Actually I can visualize pretty much how it happened, but it dosen't make it right.

Third, the guy that got shot is not all innocent either. He should have made sure that everyone in the party knew what he was doing. Shooters on line with sound protection other than electronic may not hear everything being said.

Fourth and last. Someone needs to go after the democratic quail that set Cheney up. I'm sure it was carefully planned, and carried out by a rougue bird dog, hooking up with a democratic quail. You just can't trust anyone these days.

As far as the shooting accident involving the VP, the VP is at fault, no ifs, ands, or butts about it. It’s called personal responsibility and he, the VP, is absolutely and completely responsible for screwing up.

Just admit it and move on no need to act like the democrats and nutty liberals trying to wiggly their way out of all the screwy things they get involved with.

Finally there was one other comment made about gun ownership and who owns them. Hunters are a very, VERY small minority when it comes to gun ownership. I own a shotgun because in my opinion it’s the best gun to own for protection. Someone comes busting through my door in the middle of the night had better be yelling “fire” or “search warrant” or I’ll simply aim in the general direction and empty all 6 shells.

No need for marksmanship with a shotgun and if I am feeling really excited I might load another 6 shells and unload them as well while waiting for the police to arrive…

 

I prefer people with deferments over draft dodgers that run off to the Soviet Union to protest a war.

If Clinton wasn’t man enough to go to Vietnam at least he could have been man enough to protest the war in his own country. He couldn’t simply run off to Canada like some of the other wussies, no this guy has to go to another superpower, a true enemy of America to voice his coward opinions…

CeHoward, you're lighting this whole mess on fire by making a big deal out of something that happens all the time. Think you'd have heard of it if it was anyone else? Just because he's VP, and you don't agree with him, you're using this as ammuntion to attack him. Well, if this is the best you've got fire away. I'd rather have someone who's made a simple mistake than someone like Clinton in office.
