Rule of thumb!

ASO
(Always Special order)

Take of one item that you could really careless about and they will have to make you a special burger just for you always hot and always fresh. (will except for McDonalds frozen Kangaroo patties never really taste fresh.)

I prefer DQ or Sonic, then BK, then Hardees. Sometimes Taco Bell, but very much of thier artificial meat gives me serious some times embarasing and urgent digestive problems.

i work at bk. we cook our paties with a broiler using a converbelt and six burners. it has to reach above 185f (i think) before we will except it. then if we are slow we put it in a holding unit which is above 185f the whole time with about 1/2 inch of jucies and if it is not used in 30 min it is thrown away.(which is very rare). they are pretty good but i like hardees better. mcdonalds can suck on my left nut.

I don't think Steve has enough bandwidth for that.
