The second I have to pay more on upkeep that what the vehicle is worth, its out the door. I doesn't matter if I'm in the hole or not.....if you are paying that much a month for repairs, you will end up in the hole twice as much.

I can't do that though, I owe so much yet on it. More then what anyone would ever give me for it. I have to keep it for a couple years at least until I can pay some of it off.

What would I do?

I'd club you over the head with the biggest prybar I could find and pitch your body in the dumpster.

And there ain't no regluing that, if that cracks or breaks, the entire hatch needs to be replaced. I know about the TSB to fix that, but if it's been done three times already, the hatch needs replacing. Sorry.

the hole hatch??? no way. There telling me if they can get the trim part off in one Peace then all I would have to pay for is the glue to reglue it back on, but if they break it trying to get it off, then I have to pay for a new trim that has to be re-painted plus labor. If there is a way you can think of that might help to have me try to remove this myself, then I'd like to hear it.

I'm wanting to try myself to remove it without braking it. would fishing string work if I put in in there and work it up and down to cut the glue??

have any ideas Quintin?

Hey i have something you can work up and down. Here's what you do, first drink a gallon of gorilla glue wait 30 minutes and then **** inside the cracked area and allow to setup. Wala its all fixed. Let us know how you make out.

You guys are just plain mean to him.

Follow me here.

You were just in an accident. Correct?

It wasn't broken before the accident. Correct?

Have them add it in on the estimate for the other damge. Your dealer knowing that it has came loose in the past, should be able to manage this for you.

After all, you did really hit that oldtimeyguy a He!! of a whack, didn't you?

yes by all means commit insurance fraud and help raise your neighbors rates.

and we aint mean...most of the joking is in good fun but Triton has a history and really ruffled feathers...some haven't gotten over it.

Personally I think of him as our own little brother....pick on him and laugh at him....

If it was just that easy to add it to the estimate, I would have. Although, my insurance guy had to come to the dealer to look at it before any repairs we made. I have Progesive and theres no way the guy who came out to see it would say the reason for it loose bond was due to the crash, which is fact to be honest it was coming off a little bit before then, but not as bad as it is now.
I'm pretty upset at Ford though after calling Ford themselfs yesterday to tell them the problem I am having with this trim, and told them the story of everything that went bad so far on it, and told them last trusk I had (04 f150) that it turned out to be a lemon and Ford brought that back from me. She didn't seem to bother her and still insisted they can't help me to put the trim under warrenty. What?, they can't handle helping me out on 400 bucks out of all the crap I went through with Ford already??
