Lariat leather, worth the $$ if you can???
i'm more of a Cloth interior kinda guy, but found a low opted lariat that is pretty darn close in price to the more well opted XLT's i've looked at... is the leather on the Lariat worth the extra ching???

I think it is just personal opinion. I like the cloth and bought a well optioned XLT for that reason, same with our Expedition. I have had vinyl and leather before, I just prefer cloth.

The only reason I still have my F150 is because of the leather. Otherwise it's just another pickup truck. If it had cloth seats I probably would have gotten rid of it by now. But I enjoy the hell out of the feeling of luxury every time I get in it. Allows me to overlook the crappy, vibrating transmission (which has already received $1800 of upgrades and still shifts like crap).
Both have advantages.
Cloth is cooler and you dont stick to it on hot days.
Leather is much more easier to keep clean and maintain, especially if you drive around with your dog(s) in your truck.
Also, my friend has a truck that he bought used, with cloth seats. The previous owner was a smoker and when it is damp outside, his truck smells BADLY of smoke.
