I think MJ is a strange bird. He paid off the first victim, err... I mean accuser; so, who knows what the turn out of that case would have been. This one had 'scam' written all around the edges and visible through the cracks. I wouldn't want to be tried and convicted in the media anymore than anybody else would. Michael was acquitted, of this set of crimes, by a jury of his peers, or as close as someone like MJ can get to a jury of his peers. It's over for now. There's one thing about pedophiles though, they never stop. If he is crossing the line with children, this will come up again.

How did this case turn into a prosecution of a black man instead of a case about a potential child molester? What makes the arguments above racist as opposssed to those who are against child molestation and truly believe he is guilty based on the information they have heard in this high publicity case?

The system is broke when you have two nut cases out and walking around, Michael Jackson and OJ Simpson. The OJ Simpson case proved that any moron can serve on a jury, have all the facts hand feed to them and they still can’t comprehend what the LAW is.

As far as Michael just the fact the freak admitted to sleeping with little boys in his bed should have been enough to give him up to Buba so Buba could have shown him what a real man can do.

It has absolutely nothing to do with race or the race of the jury. I thought all people were suppose to be treated fairly regardless the color of their skin? Who gives a rats *** what color the jury was it has NO bearing on the case.

OJ proved that since he had many blacks on his jury it proved they where as equally stupid as any other race by letting him go free as in Michael’s case with no blacks on the jury. Just goes to show that skin color has nothing to do with how stupid some people can be.

The vast majority of “victims” in America are “victims” of their own free well and it has nothing to do with race, it has to do with people who can not accept responsibility for their own actions, who can not do for themselves, and who are just to lazy to make a go at life itself.

Let’s remember, victims come in all colors, there in no race left behind when it comes to the “victim” card being played now days and this race issue is getting pretty damn tiring since there is little for it to stand on anymore…

No disrespect but race issues are getting very boring and tiring to listen to these days since there is very little to no facts to back up the claims…

 

It's truly sad that as soon as someone accuses him of it, many assume he is guilty. No doubt he is very strange, but that's all we have proof of. NONE of you were there, and none of you know enough to be worth anything about the case, that's a FACT. Let's see how you feel when some girl in your neighborhood accuses you of r$%^. When people start shunning you, or you lose your job, your friends keep their kids away from your kid, even though you've done nothing, you'll be singing a different story. "since there is very little to no facts to back up the claims" No offense, but that seems to be how this case turned out.

You really have to ask yourself about the boys mother. She allowed him over there AFTER he was already accused of molesting another child. She either sent her kid there so she could sue, or she believed in the court system worked at that time, will she still feel that way?

I think MJ is very weird but, i guess he is innocent because the jury had the evidence and that is what they decided. Was there a crime? jury said no.
OJ on the other hand i think was guilty. we saw alot of evidence. there was definitely a crime and OJ was the #1 suspect.

 

I guess if I'm having little girls sleep in my bed than I surely deserve what comes my way. You would think that this idiot would have learned the first time around. Keep the little boys out of your bed but money buys quite a bit of silence. The problem is that these people don't live in the real world. They are used to getting away with things that the normal citizen would never get away with, and when they get in a jamb they throw millions of dollars around. As far as I'm concerned guilty or not this freek deserves to suffer.

 

Verdict aside, I think now someone, given the chance, will take a shot at him outside the court room. When the courts fail...

 

I'd have an easier time accepting this verdict if Michael hadn't paid off another family several years ago for $20 million. You don't drop that kind of money just to silence a "false" allegation. Unfortunately the prosecution chose the wrong family to use in this case. I hope Michael leaves the country before another child is victimized. As much as I would like to see him in jail the next time he slips, I'd rather see him gone.

I also have a problem with two of the jury members. One was a 78 year-old grandmother of a convicted child molester. If that doesn't translate to sympathy for MJ I don't know what does. The other member of the jury I have a problem with is a woman who doesn't speak English (What a shock, a Spanish-only speaker in California!). Why is there someone on a jury in a major court case who needs a taxpayer-sponsored translator? Haven't we already spent way too much money on this debacle?

 

People who play the 'race' card without any reason or provocation do nothing to eliminate racism. People like Jesse Jackson screaming 'racism' only keep prejudice alive. I don't care what color your skin is unless you insist on throwing it in my face, then I just want you to go away.
