Sorry it took me so long to find this (a guy with 20 other jobs he can't finish decided he wants to start monitering everyone's internet usage at work, so I'm playing his game & reading books like everyone else in the building).

I read this far & stopped. I have the answer to this problem & have given it to you before. Get a dog! It will give you the company you crave & help you think of something other than this chick. Just promise me you will not name it after her in anyway, just name it Katy (even if it is a male).

Boy, it sounds like this has happened to almost all of us at some point. I know it's happened to me.

Urban, it only sucks for a little while, hopefully 6 months from now you'll "find yourserlf"...... laughing at this whole thing.

I am a real estate investor and from time to time I lose a deal. It sucks when you lost a really big, highly profitable deal but I know there is always "another deal around the corner"

That way of thinking helped me with my divorce last year. I have met several great girls since then, in fact, I have been very surprised at the quality of them. I usually get the ones with emotional problems.

I heard Blake Shelton's "Goodbye Time" on the radio this morning and thought of this thread and Urban Cowboy. Good song.

I don't know. I think there is more going on here than we all know. I know it's probably personal but she could be having very serious problems. And if this IS the case and you love her (which obviously you do) then give her some time. Try to go on with your everday life in the meantime (I know this is hard). However, if this is NOT the case and she just needs some time away from you, then try to move on. My feeling is, you either love someone or you don't. You either want to be with someone or you don't.
