I've seen suicide doors on a Sonic Blue L and it's definitely an eye catcher. That is, until you have to get in and out of it. Hopefully you're about 4 foot 2, and 65 pounds. Otherwise, prepare to look like a hunchback having an epileptic seizure when you have to enter/exit your ride. There's hardly any clearance.

Aren't suicide doors the ones that hinge to the rear?

Yep, I had a late sixties Lincoln that had them from the factory. It was a piece of junk by the time I got, but it made a good demolition derby car.

Suicide and vertical (lambo) doors are two seperate things. On suicide doors, the door hinge is on the other side. The door opens backwards. On vertical doors, the door open vertically.

Search is your friend.... Lambo Doors

Here is a thread on them.

Edited to add:
Vertical doors = the rice.
Means that it will make your truck look like a "ricer". Which is derogatory slang for foregien coupes like on that Fast & ______ Movie.
