What do you guys that workout and bodybuild think of NO2?

I've worked out for a very long time, basically, all I've ever really taken is Whey Protein, and all was fine. Recently I've been reading about NO2, and have gained some interest. I'd really like to hear from the people who are already using it, (and from those who are not and have opinions.) It's pretty expensive I know, I'm mainly interested in hearing any results from the products, and side effects and etc. Thanks a bunch!

I haven't used it but have read about it and a friend of mine did use it. Can't really tell you the side effects as it hasn't been out that long. My personal favorite combo of supplements was isopure protein, t100 and a creatine. I reduced my weight to 185 and I was ripped and I gained a lot of strength. I was benching around 330 in sets. Now that I have stopped I am back down to doing sets of 275. If I were you I would try it and see if it works. Be sure to buy it online and not at GNC, they really rip you off.

I'm still waiting on the pic of fordby4 with no shirt.
Front or back is fine. (tight jeans would be a bonus)

In that case, a pic of wolf_creek_61 with no shirt would be good too.

Unhappy

I was downtown yesterday and dropped a quarter.
I bent over to pick it up and wouldn't you know it, somebody went and parked a bicycle.

I'm a nice guy so I stayed there like that till they came back.

I can provide a pic if someone was to ask me.

Muscle Head

I use to work out religiously until I wisened up and figured out the scam the gyms were running.

Basically I use the Power 90 program and am in better shape then when I was lifting the "dumb" bells.

I am now not a slave to the gym nor to fancy foods that are peddled as nutrition.

Just eat right and exercise moderately and don't worship your body.

When you die God won't grade you on your body but your soul.

Thannnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnkkkkkkkkkkkksss

Thumbs up

I have been lifting for a few years and the best thing I have ever used was EAS Myoplex Deluxe. It is a protein shake that tastes good & gives 42 grams of protein per serving! IT WORKS! How do I know? On the behind-the-neck military press (seated) I was stuck at 135 lbs. doing 3 maybe 4 reps for a couple of months. I started drinking 3 shakes a day & in ONE WEEK I went up to 9 REPS! The next week, 10. The next week, went up to 155lbs. for 6 reps, etc.,etc.,etc. Six months later...205lbs. for 3 reps. I have since toned down my workouts to just "keep in shape". Oh.. this was with a body weight of 185lbs. PROTEIN IS THE KEY, GUYS!

Ain't that the truth.

But I think being a slave to gym is easier that eating right. At least for me is.

Right now I just lift and try to cut back on my food intake, so far it's working pretty good. One day I'll try something like a protein shake or similar.
