It can't be a yoke. Yokes are for oxen or water buffalos, and everyone knows you just have goats.

Ku, ku kachoo!!!! You are the eggman!

A lot of things kill us Matt.

For the record...I dont smoke.

I look at it like this. If smoking makes one happy, and they actually enjoy smoking, then it's their business and no one elses. I remember when I was a kid walking through stores and there were ash trays IN THE STORE. People smoked indoors. Non-smokers didn't whine and cry like a bunch of candy azz, sissy, cry babies about it back then.
My point remains from a post in another thread. Society has turned into a bunch of babies.

If a guy or gal wants to smoke...for the love of God, let the MFers smoke. California....good Lord....WTF is up with this stupid place? Your not allowed to smoke in a BAR? That makes me wanna start shooting people with a rifle from a water tower during rush hour.

Why? Why are they banning smoking in bars? Are their people in the bars affraid of inhaling second hand smoke? Are those puss-bags gets 50% of the smokers smoke?

Well, those pu$$ies owe all smokers half a pack of smokes. Instead of screwing the smoker by raising taxes on tobacco, they should make all non-smokers pay for half of the smokers cigs.

Bunch of candy azz, liberal bishes. man, that pi$$es me off.

California became the first state to declare second-hand smoke as a toxic substance, therefore to be regulated just like any other toxic pollutant. On the heels of that ruling came this:

Here in Calabasas (the town right next to me) they have pretty much outlawed smoking everywhere, even outdoors, in public areas.

http://www.cityofcalabasas.com/home.html

It's essentially makes it impossible to smoke anywhere. Although there is an allotted square footage area for smokers to congregate, the ratio is something like for every 20,000 sq. feet there is 1 (ONE) square foot for smokers. So if you have a 100,000 square foot public area, the designated smoking area will be 5 sq. ft.

In LA they kicked around the idea of making smoking illegal, even in your own home, but that didn't fly. But rest assured, they will keep bringing it back, and some day it probably will pass. Cool. An entire new job category of law enforcement created. Smoking police!

As goes CA, so goes the nation. Many years ago we made smoking in restaurants illegal and that has spread to almost everywhere. Then we made it illegal even in bars and that's spreading too. Soon this will spread to all cities. I'm not saying that's good or bad, that's just where things are headed.

We tried to pass a law here in this county last year to ban smoking in bars, but it did not pass here.

I'm all for banning it in bars, as a non-smoker, I hate going into a bar and coming out smelling like smoke! Its sick. actually, second hand smoke kill you more then smoking would, so I would be better off smoking to live longer then to inhale second hand smoke.

to me banning it in bars would be a good thing, but thats just me
