That's cute I disagree, voice my opinion and you call me a fairy. That's intelligent I'm not a liberal either. I simply think for myself, even if it means I have to listen to pointless insults from morons like yourself.

I think it's amusing how so many Bush supporters behave. When you look at his record, it's obvious that he can't lead or think for himself, yet you support him. What does that say about you? He can't even come up with an intelligible sentence of more than 3 words. All of his policies are based on decisions that directly help his wealthy friends. He hasn't been able to find Osama Bin Laden, Saddam Hussein or any WMDs as he said he would. All of these problems are the result of his inability to lead or inspire. It's gets worse every day and you're too lazy to look around and notice that our country is not nearly as great as it should be and could be.

If you did a little research you'd find that the original post can be independently validated.

I agree; but, at least we are finally moving in the correct direction once again. I'm no fan of right wing politics; but, 30+ years of liberal domination growing stronger and stronger in politics and everyday life has had it's effect. It's come to the point where liberals don't even know they are liberal. They just think they are right. They think nearly everyone sees things the same way as they do. There is no political party in this country that represents me perfectly. I have to vote to maintain a balance. In my opinion, we need a healthy dose of Republican black and white morals and grit to regain any semblance of the country most Americans want to live in. It's gonna be a long haul to get there. When we do, we'll have to make sure we don't tilt too far the other way.

I would have to respectfully disagree with you. It is not oil companies that dictate U.S Goverenment policy, it is actually YOU and ME and everyone else on this board, for without oil we would not drive, would not be able to buy things in stores, would not have electricty, nor heat our homes.

Oil "consumers" dictate U.S. Goverenment policy. Do oil companies make money, sure do, like any other business, but the only way then can make a profit is to sale it to "someone" which is you and I and everyone else on this board. We are some of those that help to dictate the most about policy because we do NOT drive these itty bitty cars that get like 70mpg.

I kind of hear what your saying but disagree with it since YOU and I and EVERYONE else is actually responsible for WHY we have to buy oil overseas...

Black and white Republican morals, does that mean one applies to republicans and one doesn't?
Sorry to inform the insulting and name calling Mr. Green that I seriously doubt "W" will be in office. Yes it's great to feel patriotic but he needs to focus on running the country as well as protecting it. That is what will be the reason he won't be reelected.
Just another fairy

Well I guess I have to respectfully disagree with you this time as well...

I would put money down that President Bush will be in office until 2008. I will say he is doing the best he can to get the economy going, hopefully the tax cut will help since it is going to those that can actually put it to use which is business, and people who work and actually pay taxes. The ones getting the free hand outs won't do much with it, but every little bit helps. I would rather them give me MORE back then see some more welfare checks go out in the mail.

Let's remember President Bush was handed Clintons Recession and has also had to deal with 9/11 and a few good thought out wars in the mean time. Yes you have to do what can be done for the economy, but first things first is the security of America. If it is not secure then no need to worry about the economy since it won't mean much anyway.

What President Bush does now won't have any real effects to the economy for years that is just how it works. The economy Clinton had was one handed down to him by President Reagan.

let me explain that one. Just what had the economy going so well in the 90's? If you answered high tech you would be correct. High tech did not happen over night nor did it happen in just a few years. High tech such as cell phones for a good example. There was a lot of R&D involved, many years and BIG money. During Reagan's term he made possible to free a lot of cash up for business and the military, those are the two that provided the R&D needed for high tech.

Today just about everyone has a cell phone so natually it has died off waiting for the next generation of high tech gagets to come along and that will only happen if business has the money for R&D of which Bush has made possible, not as much as he wanted but it will do for now until his next round of tax cuts.

President Reagan and President Bush are LONG TERM thinkers, of which Clinton was not. Clinton got to have a great ride in office for free because he didn't really do anything to help except make those dependent on the gov't more dependent until America put the Republicians in charge of both houses. That is when spending was brought in to control "somewhat" better then with the dem's, they also made Clinton reform welfare so the lazy would get through their heads no more LIFE TIME benifits for being lazy.

As far as spending, well both parties are responsible for that, seems they both love to spend OUR money on BS crap, just in different areas, the dems to give the lazy more money for shopping sprees, the rep's for other BS crap

It took Reagan to straighten out Carter's mess, and now it will take Bush to straighten out Clinton's mess he left behind after leaving the fun ride he got to take...

I just want to add my .02

I love America

I Love hamburgers, violent movies, my weapons, my gun. I love boobies and baseball.

I hate France.

I love you, even if your liberal, and all your ideals are wrong.

But most of all I love my polluting, smoke bellowing, loud obnoxious Ford Powerstroke 4x4. And boobies.

This has been a public service message brought to you by a pissed off Texan dislocated in Florida itching to get back to the promise land. Have a good day.

For whatever it's worth, TRUST ME, the flip side applies every single bit as much for the conservatives! Quite honestly, the hardcore conservatives scare me probably even more then the hardcore liberals. While the liberals are busy trying to give everything away, the conservatives are busy snatching it all up!

One huge problem with that statement. Hard-core conservatism isn't deeply ensconced into current society. Conservative views are rarely represented in anything coming out of Hollywood, or any other media source, aside from FOX news and some radio talk shows. Hard-core conservative views are not shoved down the throats of our children in public schools, and the majority of our institutions of "higher" learning. If and when this becomes a problem, that upsets the balance that protects the average citizen, I'll be looking for a way to turn the scales again. Currently, a more conservative slant in our country is just what we need. Problem is, there really aren't many conservative politicians with real backbone. No, conservatism of any degree is of no real threat to this country of ours. Liberalism on the other hand has marched us right up to the brink of self destruction. I just hope we can step away and find the path again before they regain the reigns to our future.
