Quentin Tarantino filmed a movie down the road from where I used to live. Didn't get to meet him but I almost got arrested for minding my own business driving past at 4am on my way to work. Cop got mad and cursed me out because I woke him up from his nap while he was supposed to be running security. It's a really hilarious and ridiculous story now, I just laughed my *** off and asked the cops if I was being punked by Ashton Kutcher, they didn't think it was too funny though. 
Which movie? Where?
Seems like a pretty neat gig either way!

My partner pulled over Midian, from pro wrestling fame, I rolled over to back him up. He seemed like a good guy. Neither me nor my partner were wrestling fans, so it didn't matter that the guy was famous.

They filmed a few in Lockhart, my dad got to meet some people when they filmed Second Hand Lions at the courthouse.

Ive met Truett Cathy. One of my friends father is friends with him.
cool story, when my friends father first met him Truett was giving him a tour of his car collection. my friends father told him how he use to have a jeep just like his when he was a teenager. well after the tour was over they walked outside and the jeep was parked out front. Truett gave him the keys and said he could have it. hes a very generous man.
i've also partied with some big wigs from CAT with this same friends father. he's pretty big in the CAT company.
another friend of mines dad does airplane/helecopter insurance and he does Jon travolta and a few other celebrities insurance.

A buddy from highschool used to work for the stage hands union here in Calgary and has worked on several movies that filmed in and around the area. He has met several famous people and has his name in the credits of a few movies as well. I always thought he had a cool job but he didn't seem to thrilled with it.
I used to be a delivery driver and saw Don Johnson while dropping something off at a movie set once. I have walked on to a few film sets in the course of my job and Don was the only famous person I ever got to see in person.

I've met R. Lee Ermy, Tiffany Amber Thiessen, and Ted McGinly. Ermy was at a Marine Corps Birthday event at Kaneohe Bay MCAS. Class act. Tiffany I met at the Kalapaki Beach Resort on Kauai. She is still hot!!! I met Ted, beleive it or not, at a strip club called Dancer's in Oahu, HI. He doesn't hold his liquor well and was somewhat of an ***.
