Help! My truck won't go!

The last two mornings, when I start my truck, it doesnt sound or feel right. Really low sounding and boggged down. Then when I got to accelerate, it wont go. Its like it hesitates and gets all bogged down and deep sounding. Almost like it not breathing or something! Then after abt a min its fine, and it seems to be fine the rest of the day. However, I noticed it was starting to do it again this afternoon. I checked the air filter, all the hoses, throttle body looks clean, all fluids are fine. Im stumped. Any ideas?

Sounds like a fuel issue any engine light. Have you every replaced spark plugs or cops or the fuel filter?

Yeah, did it all. Full tune up abt 4 months ago. No engine lights. And truck seems to be running fine otherwise. Just gets horrible mileage. no more than 200 miles to a tank.

Ok heres an update, had the cat checked, it was fine, o2 sensors fine, mechanic found a leak in the intake manifold gasket, replaced it. Truck is still doing the same thing, but only when I start it first thing in the morning. Mechanic said its a misfire, so I replaced all 10 ignition coils, thought it was better but started it this morning and sme frigin thing! Only stutters and hesitates for abt 30 second and feels almost like its gonna stall, then its fine. Sulfer smell from tail pipe went away for a little while, but now its back. Please help me! I dont know what else I can do! Thanks again!

Is it possible for injectors to still spray or leak after the engine is off? It only shutters when u first start it in the morning, and then after abt 1 min it stops. Could it be trying to burn all the fuel leaking past the injectors?

Sry, never saw that post. I only use quality fuel. Mobil, shell, etc. Ive tried reg and premium and still no difference. Just replaced fuel filter and it didnt even look bad. The sputtering upon start up stopped for about a month. But now I noticed that it has been doing it again on and off for the past few mornings. IM GOING NUTS! I dont know what else to fix!

Have you ruled out any ignition issues? Plugs? COPs? Any fluids where there shouldn't be?

You may be losing fuel pressure while the engine is shut off. Could be leaky injectors causing the momentary problem, but if I were you I'd get the codes read. No CEL? Also, check the vacuum line from the injector fuel rail pressure sensor to wherever it connects to a vac source...brake booster, intake, whatever. I am not a tech, just stimulating some ideas.
