You are way ahead of me so from where I sit, you'll be the canary.

I bought mine in 2009, it had a little over 25,xxx miles, exhaust was already replaced by original owner .... he used a FM and aluminized steel ..... I recently replaced all that cat back with SS system ..... but factory cats and sensors still. My miles are still under 60,xxx. I expect your '07's factory system will last the life of the truck but O2 sensors or other malfunctions can kill a cat prematurely.

I do have a '92 Thunderbird Sport with over 155,xxx and it's got the factory SS exhaust, all totally original and sound. I did replace the O2 sensors a few years ago.

i have 135k on my 07 i replaced the stock cat back with an mbrp ss system mainly for looks and sound but the stock muffler was starting to rattle at certain rpms even though on the outside it was in good shape, as far as i can tell all the sensors are original but they seem to let go whenever they please or can last forever

My '07 I changed the catback to a noise making one for my preference. Still OEM manifolds and cats, leaking/cracked passenger side though.

I personal like the sound or Borla and magnaflow exhaust. My buddy has mbrp and it has a nice throaty sound.
