I'm doing 5" and they look natural. 4" is pretty small on our trucks. 6" is pushing it, but I'm curious to see it.

x2, thats why I say I think it would need a high lift to accommodate for it. As in 8" and 37s. Otherwise a big chrome 6" tip may look foolish.

6 inch will, and does, look dumb on anything but a diesel. You will get looks for sure. Whether or not those looks will be good looks, who knows. I for one know if I saw this would shake my head and ask what was he thinking.

I'm all for being different, but sometimes different can be a bad thing.

Thats more like it. That sounds like it will be much more fitting, appearance wise. Nice choice.

Howdy, bud! So if the logic holds true that bigger tips are 'acceptable' on lifted trucks, what would you say is the 'high-water-mark' for lowered trucks?

You'd be surprised how good 5" looks. Idk why it's scoffed at

I always personally thought no larger than 3.5" for 45 degree slash cuts, and a max of 4" overall. But ideally, 3.5" rolled edge look great on low trucks, in my opinion of ofcoarse
