OBX LT do not fit HELP!

I got a set of the OBX headers which I bought here. And as you can see they are suppose to fit a 4wd application but they do not because the driver side header hits the front drive shaft before being able to put the bolts on.

So basically what I came up with. It's that the kit I bought is a knock-off from the pacesetter's not the Dynatech and they only fit 2WD.

So my question here is:

Will the OBX LT's that are the Dynatech knock-off's are going to fit my 2006 Ford F-150 4X4 with a 6'' lift kit.

Here is what I'm looking to get.

Ones you bought are Pacesetter knock offs. The 2nd link look like the ones I bought where it comes with Y pipe and all the goodies. Mine is 2wd however. Still looks like the dynatech knock offs which I would assume would work then as they are listed 4wd and are more complete.

The ones in your first link are the ones I was just about to order so I guess I have to hold off now.

The header itself is hitting the driveshaft check this out:

As far as the other kit goes, I just called Troyer to see if the Dynatech's would suit my application and it will.

So it looks like I should of researched a little bit more! I'm going to order the other OBX kit and hopefully I can get them overnight because the truck is on the lift right now.

So it might seem that there are 2 different obx kits...one with the resonators and Y pipe and one with out all that stuff...BUT the headers are different in each of those kits?

From what I'm seeing, there is three kits available:

1- Dynatech's knock off headers WITH cats + Ypipe
2- Dynatech's knock off headers ONLY
3- Pacesetters knock off

Right I am seeing that too...but the one with out cats you linked to I believe has resonators and not cats. Both of those still come with the Y pipe.

So I called a couple places and I finally got some answers: it looks like the H10971 kit I bought has been replaced for the H11455 kit because of fitment issues! So I just got screwed BIG TIME! I'm buying the H11455 fit which should fit perfectly on any 2WD and 4WD whether its lowered or lifted or stock.

@NOLAGT --> My advice don't buy the cheap kit from eBay.

I run the OBX kit for the harley / lightning edition truck.

No clearance issues on my SAS truck, or when it was a 6" fabtech.

Wow sorry to hear...but kinda glad too...I was about to order that other one. Also the link you posted is cheaper than the ebay one with resonators in place of cats.

Glad I can help NOLAGT ! If Racingpartsdepot doesn't respond to my email within 5 days I'll be filing a claim on ebay for '' item not as described ''. We'll see how this ends.

I believe FATHERFORD got his OBX headers from them. Maybe give him a shout and see how things went with him concerning that particular vendor.
