Str8 pipe cost?

My buddy is trying to get straight pipes on his dually and i was trying to figure up about how much it would cost him. All he wants to do right now is take off the muffler and put in a pipe in its place. No tips or redoing of the pipes. just take the muffler out to make it louder.

Any1 know about how much it would cost to do this? i think my friends brother had this done a few years ago and it only cost like 40$ or something like that.. its not like a super good shop, just a small little muffler shop so i dont think it would be on the high priced side.
Thanks!

^ My shop here would only charge probably $20-30. It's a pretty easy job, so I would imagine that they wouldn't charge much at all.
