Need The Experts Opinion On This Setup
Ok so here's a little background of my exhaust on my truck. In 2001 when it was bought I put a SISO 3" Magnaflow Catback exhaust on.
7 years later I noticed the muffler was getting all rusty and what not from all the salt water so I had the shop cut the muffler off and put a Flowmaster Super 40 put on dumped before the rear axle(something like that) The shop claimed they put a Super 44 on. Anyways here are two videos of what my current exhaust sounds like.

So now I just purchased a set of shorties that I should be getting in the mail on Monday.
I wanted the shop to put the shorties on and then cut the cats out and put cat delete pipes in place of them, down to the muffler and then dumped like it is now.
I have a couple questions about that setup though. I know I will throw a couple of CELs if I delete the cats cause of the O2 sensors. If I cut out all 4 of my cats where should I place the o2 sensors? This is my main concern.
Next question is I'm getting sick of this Flowmaster. I feel like all my lower end is completely gone. I was thinking of changing up the muffler with the same setup dumped. Looking at a Magnaflow or maybe a Dynomax Bullet. Any opinions?
Thanks for reading guys I know its a long one I apologize.
PS. I am going to SAVE my cats cause when it's time to SMOG I am going to put them back in.

Anything other than stock is pretty much illegal in CA.
EDIT: That's why I want the shop to cut the section of cats out so when it's time to SMOG I can just undue the cat deletes and snap the cats back into place.
People can easily smell that you don't have cats, so being pulled over for it would be quite high if an officer gets behind you. Either get out of CA or don't invest too much into your exhaust.
As much as I would like to invest in hi flow cats and run two of those it isn't do-able because of California's emission laws.

I've had my current setup dumped for about 3+ years.
In Cali, you are screwed into OEM cats unless you are verified by an inspection station that they are faulty and need replaced, and even then, you will only be available to OEM equipment.
And a side note, I commented on your super 44 video back in 2008, you should verify your part # that is drill embedded on the inlet sidewall to figure out what muffler you have because no true Super 40 is silvery looking either. Case specs of the Super 4 are 9.75"x13x5". These specs also are the 40 Series Delta, which is what I believe you truely have. Your shop was a bunch of liars. A good reason to provide all of your parts to the shop.

Also would you be able to chime in about my question with my cats?
I know cutting them off and running cat delete pipes are no problem, but I'm worried about my o2 sensors.
I'm simply asking if I will be ok if I cut my cats out since I will be taking an o2 sensor out. Will I run lean will I run rich since an O2 sensor is missing.
