3" Dynomax Bullet, mated with a Y pipe to your tailpipes.

Watch 2:15 - 3:34 for cold, mild, and warm starts, and the rest for the sound.

If you want to keep the flowmaster and make it louder... Cut off the tail pipes at the muffler and do NOT put on turn downs. Leave the end of the muffler open. You will love it, and I'm not joking!

Technically yes, the stock pre-cats. They are basically a hi-flow cat as is, short length, no sound resonating, and on our models they are the only cats O2 monitored. Cut the rears ( which you have already done ) and you have hi-flows. So you already have hi-flows. No need for changing, unless you got LTs which would physically need new cats that aren't elbow shaped.

I second this option, I had a Flowmaster 40's series on and I swapped to a dynomax bullet and it was everything I wanted it to be. All I had to do was cut that muffler out then do just what darren said is put a Y pipe off your Dynomax. Its easy to do and it sounds just like a 40's series but louder at start-up and just cruising speed with nearly the same tone.

Cheapest thing to do is just cut out your flowmaster and put in a dynomax bullet and if you have duals put a Y pipe on. It will make it much louder to what you want.

I've ran an open muffler and it destroyed my left rear shock. Completely rusted now. I personally wouldn't recommend it. Just my $.02

Turn downs are usually required to help it pass visual inspection, the exhaust exit needs to be after cab, and not blowing toward the spare or axle pumpkin to pass. Turn downs that are angled right down, and too long kill sound.

Patman on here ran a SI/SO for a long while with a very tiny turn down/dump off and it roared loudly.
