Super 44

Cut out the 40 Series and put in a super 44 or a glasspack with a y-pipe. They actually dont sound bad at all with a v8.

Gonig from a 9.75" open chamber muffler with baffle wings in it, to a 4" round straight through muffler with a perforated packed tube, uh yeah, there will definitely be a bit of difference. First couple hundred miles will sound semi-tame, but it will break in gradually. I have about 300 miles on my Bullets now, and the cold starts are more ground shaking, warm idle is more audible, and the acceleration is much better, its sounding better and louder than it is in my video from 2 weeks ago

Well they cost about $50 each so if you are getting two then $89 for install doesn't seem that bad to me.

To run in a 3" single exhaust it'll be perfect. Adding a Y pipe after it with 2.5" tailpipes will only sound better.
