Best muffler for V6?????

Question Best muffler for V6?????

Want a great sounding muffler without the ricey V6 tone...whats everyones thoughts?

Leave it stock.

If you absolutely want to swap mufflers, then a Flowmaster 40 series won't sound too bad.

I Have an 02 4.2 and i have a flowmaster series 40 runnin two pipes out the back. It aint lout and gives it a nice tone. It doesn't sound like a V8 but it has a real deep tone to it for a V6. And it aint really loud going down the road either

Pretty much summed up already. Chambered mufflers for best effect.

yall forget. dynomax bullet. i have a 3" bullet on mine and it sounds great. sounded better when it was ran out from under the truck but still does the job

has anyone heard of a mellotone muffler? guy at the shops says its the best but ive never heard of it?

stock is ok i just want a louder deeper tone, nothing crazy though

frees more HP out of the engine by taking the 40-lb mass that is your mechanical fan off the crank

3" straight pipe from the headers should do you good
