Flowmaster costs more than Magnaflow or is usually price matched depending on size. You must be talking about cat-back prices. A Flowmaster Super 44 is $79 ( $89 in stainless ). An 11" body Magnaflow is $67 each and a Magnaflow ( 4"x14" body ) is within $56 - $64 average and sounds way better, flows way better, and is stainless steel, Wonder which one is the more affordable smarter way to go .

Yes I had Super 44's on my 2500HD, they were rusted by spring, and gave me killing headaches. Flowmaster & 6.0L V8 = bad combo lol.

every time i looked at the magnaflow price somewhere around here it was more than any other brand i could think of. and i was not tallkin about a cat back system. the muffler prices itself is what i was referring to. and a 6.0 with true dual flow masters sounds really good. a lot of my buddies have that set up. but every one has there own preference and i dont prefer magnaflow but you do. ok cool lol and honestly if i want the best sound i will just run no cats and no mufflers again and it will be cheap and easy and last the longest because there is no muffler to worry about. and that is affordable and smarter to me. like i said before everyone has there own different sound they want.

yes but some places dont even care if you get a custom tune and turn the 02 sensors off since they do not look under the truck and dont even care how loud it really is. its pretty nice. and where i get my truck inspected only 189 people live in the town so i kknow them and they do all the work themselves lol

You must be looking at the larger body mufflers in t-304 stainless. Which we also never have to worry about our mufflers failing. And no cats and no mufflers is straight trash.

The fact that someone could actually like a truck to sound like a nascar vehicle every day with rasp from hell, crackle like crazy, and an over bearing loud note with no tone to it what so ever is far beyond me. Its very healthy for the environment also.. Harley's sound better than that even.

Magnaflow contains a deep rich low respectable note, which is very tolerable and professional for every day use, so there is no possible way Magnaflow is trash. Have fun with your exhaust sir.

Well to me i can deal with it everyday and it does not bother me one bit, and if my truck is so bad for the enviroment then there are SO many more trucks that are worse for the enviroment than mine. i know for a fact that any truck from the 80s and down is gonna make more pollution and smoke than my truck will any day. but you dont see them off the road. So in that case i will stick to as you call it my no tone sounding horrible exhaust which i like and you can stick to your magnaflow. now this is over and im gonna get striaght pipes.
