A big THANK YOU for Troyer Performance
After my magnaflow exhaust kit broke a hanger, I went thru the process of getting it replaced.

Last week, I found out someone else had the exact same problem with the exact same kit i have, #16614 and he lives in texas where rust is not a problem like it is up here. Any way he bought his thru performance peddler and he has been fighting with them for months and getting nowhere. I bought mine from Troyer Performance over 2 and 1/2 years ago. After I called and informed them of Magnaflow's policy of sending warranty claims thru the retailer, Crystal at Troyer took my info and I was taken care of. When my new kit showed up, the return label was not there, I called Troyers shop and informed them, 20 minutes later Anita herself called me back and I now had my return label.
This is exactly what customer service is all about, taking care of past, present and future customers. Finding a deal elsewhere at the cost of customer service is pointless, when Troyer performance will pricematch any legit deal out there and you still get the excellent service they have.
So I just want to say Thank You to Anita, Crystal, and the rest of the gang at Troyer Performance for the great service they provided me.
If I could rate them on a scale of 1 to 10, I would give Troyers a 35.
