That's true man. I really want to do the hiflows for more growl outside and a tad more inside. I am very much considering after colleg ewhen my big plans are underway for this truck, to get 2 borla s types or pro xs's and run 2.25 true duals with LT's and hi flows. I want it deep, loud outside and a rumble inside, but not too much more than what I have now. I'd prolly have it all done in SS too.

Good plan. My pipes are t-409 so mine should be structurally well lasting, but the welds are steel, and my cat delete pipes are aluminized. I wanna try to get the Dynatech cat & Y pipe setup from someone else so its bolt on, and I can have t-304 and cats so its still loud & doesn't smell like exhaust like it does now. I'd ditch the Y pipe & mate it to my pipes though.

I do want to get my exhaust worked on some, I want it to be full bolt on like a cat-back kit so I can remove any section at my free will. Have it flanged slip fit with the 3 bolt combine sections like header collectors. It would be cool to have a couple different muffler setups that I can change out at my leisure. Get the Dynomax Bullets for when I wanna be loud, unbolt that & loosen my tailpipes and slide that section out and re-install my Magnaflows when I go on a trip. Maybe some Flowmaster's when i'm sick of the Bullet loudness.

Geez Darren... that's actually a brilliant idea. I think I may try to do that. Swap out the mufflers based off of your moods. Imagine the head games you could play with people. If a cop pulled you over for being to loud and then they saw you again and the truck sounded different that would be hilarious

How about you run 2 or 3 different muffler set ups under your truck all connected with electronic switch overs! lol

Yeah, it would take some fabrication and some money to buy t-409 piping, 3 point bolt flanges, and to have parts welded together so I can make it 1 piece bolt on/off, but I would really like to do this. If I had any skill in an exhaust shop I would have done this already.
