There ya go if ya wanan do it right but to plug the headers you just get a 3/4 pluming cap to close it off.

Wow this has been one of the more entertaining threads here recently

Only comments from me right now, in lines with Thumper's comments, Roush hood scoops aren't plastic like your $8 one. As for checking the tube for water/mud... yeah there's nothing in the tube, it's already been sucked through. You added CAI for more airflow, i doubt there's going to be puddles in the tube that's sucking air, believe it or not, wind can push water.

...and kite surfers into buildings

Did you have the egr programmed off? If you didn't, how is your truck doing with it just being blocked off, your performance, mpg's, etc.? You going to let go of that little sheild that went around your air filter that I was talking about earlier?

Don't know how you attached that but FYI if it came with 3M adhesive tape you will have to get over 200mph for it to fly off.

Even then it may not. That 3M tape is good stuff.

Get some good stainless screws to keep it on there.

3M Tape is good but not that good. Anything near 100 mph is going to pull it off. Trust me ... A lot of the Roush owners, and the people who bought the parts, are complaining about their side vents on their front bumpers coming loose. I've got mine held on with a few small allen head black bolts. I'd suggest doing the same with that.

Why in the world would you have Macco paint it?

The bolts are just black tapered allen head bolts that have a 1/8"-1/4" head size.
