installed roush offroad, need hi flow cats??

i just had the roush offroad catback installed. i love the low rumble of the exhaust but i want it louder. i also put on my banks ram air last week.. that sounds good also..my question is, what is a good hi flow cat that i can add to what i have? keep in mind that it doesnt have to be legal, but i would like to stay away from any cats that will mess with my check engine light...does anyone have the offroad and hi flow cats on this forum? any suggestions will be appreciated

A cat-back alone will sound good, but never enough

Magnaflow is the only aftermarket cat I would run.

part # 94006 http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Magna...spagenameZWD1V

Do make sure that the O2 sensors are just as far, & close to the new cats as they were to the OEM cats.

there is no difference from 5.5 and 6.5.. the only thing is make sure to order for a 2004 or 2005-2008.. there is a difference from 2004 and 2005-2008

I found them cheaper at Performance Peddler than Ebay. When I called I got a better price than the internet and free shipping. I paid $108.00 shipping and all for 2 cats.

do you think the high flow cats will make a big difference in sound level? has anyone here had a catback and after added high flow cats? if so how much louder can i expect it to sound?

the chrome tips look sweet but not on the all black truck. i painted my fllowmaster tip black but i dont want to ruin these tips by painting them myself.. i may look into having them professionally painted but not sure

If you add the high flow cats the sound level should double.

quick off topic question for you blackout. How much, if you had someone else do it, did it cost to have all your trim and bumpers painted black to match your truck. I have a black FX4 with the grey trim like yours used to have and I want it all black as well. Im just trying to figure out a estimated range before i make any decisions

i bought mine new in '05 and it was all black, no grey at all. i would say it shouldnt cost more than $300-$500 at a good body shop.make sure you get a few estimates before you pull the trigger..you can probably get it cheaper at a low level body shop. but remember you get what you pay for
