0-60 is too dependent on the launch for comparing power, more importantly I dropped around 5 seconds 0-100 vs. before longtubes...

Yeah my tires are not calibrated into the 6600 chip I have. You have to add 7% to my speed.

That's cool , I missed that - I recall you were in the 7's if I'm thinking right and then in the 6's after the LT's and tune (@/0-60). But, you shaved 5 seconds on the 0-100 time !! That's great!! - Did you time the 0-80 by chance ? I should of went to 100 , I back off after 80.

Welll , you'all ready?? - I'll post one . Here's a 0-80 BEFORE Long Tubes , running only the forward stock cats and a Flowbastid 50 series muffler. Old COP's - Tired O2's - She wasn't feeling to good in this one.

That's about 19 seconds (0-80)

jbrew,
0-60 is cool too since thats what would determine most street runs between trucks, I'm just saying a higher mph is better at showing power as wheelspin or no becomes less of a factor. If you just want to know who would win a stoplight run 0-60 would be right in there....

What do you run 0-80 currently? I almost had to get up and go use the can in the middle of that other run you posted..

Did some 0-80 runs on my way home..... 1st direction 10.84 seconds, return trip was 11.67 so my usual road/direction has a slight downhill grade. Averages out to 11.26. Video is pretty hard to see the gauges, looked better before I uploaded it...

Yea, I know - I debated about posting that one- pretty bad ehh. I'm glad I did it tho. That way I had something to compare to after I installed the mods.

Nice run!

Well , I replaced most of the air ciphering sensors- except the MAF, replaced the COP's, all O2's- installed Long Tubes, High Flows and a Magnaflow. It was about 40 degrees, so I pulled the air box, thru in a VERY lightly oiled K&N and ran it open, rebooted. Ran that for about 5 miles, pulled back in the shop, disconnected the battery and cleaned the MAF once again. I'm not kidding , I barley had oil on that filter and I still had oil on the freshly cleaned MAF sensor - Mann I hate them filters!! but wanted max flow for the run.. - Anyway, so I cleaned the MAF AGAIN - rebooted, set my ratios up on the way out their and ran this -

Picked up 6 seconds. But -I still need a tune.

Damn.

I used to have a Mustang that would be going 120+ in that time, but thats probably the last time I'll ever be fast, just don't put a priority on budgeting for it anymore....
