Just get your camera out and do the 0-80 thing - If it's pretty quick, then it might be worth the gas. Do that first , lets see what you got

Well mine gets really "light" at 130, and it struggles to get there.

I seen yours, runs good, but you'll need more than PI heads to beat me.

Post the vid , lets race -I'll give yuh 2 seconds.

All I have is an exhaust -

The only problem with posting vids for me and bench racing that way is I am over 2500 feet above sea level.

I have intake, exhaust, efans, and troyer tunes on 91, 3.73LS. Right now against my buddies 03 hemi with intake, exhaust, 3.90LS, and superchips on 87. I put a length on him to 75-80ish and he slowly creeps past me. That equates to sub 15 sec 1/4 miles close to sea level. A few weeks ago I put an easy few lengths on an appearingly stock celica gts to 70, they are capable of 15.2 in 1/4. Just last weekend I ran into a 05 powerstroke with superchips (No idea what tune he was on but had the stickers on his back window along with a big fox racing decal) My buddy and I were off to the bar last friday and as we pull on the main drag there I pull up right next to this 6.0 f250 rolling off course. me giver to beat hell, see a puff of black soot come from his tail pipe but I never caught my downshift (going a little to quick) and he pulls me fairly easy to 60ish mph. We caught a light together and I look over to my left to see his passenger with a big goofy grin on his face nodding his head, I gave him a big stupid grin back and a little nod. I hear him break boosting the sh^t out of it which was retarded as it was a little slick out, so I just hit the gas off the line, spin a little, let off and go. The other cowboy took a little while longer to let off and hit it again and he was a little past my back bumper, he was right there till I caught my 2-3 shift when I started to slow down to not miss my turn.

I don't what it is with my truck but it is a freaking animal, surprised ALOT of people and by the end of the summer I should be at the very least full bolt on with a very could chance of adding a 75-100 of nitrous on top of that...

Perfect I'm at 2850, You have better gears, and the E-fans, but I would line em up any day! And for that Ram, does it have the 20's on it, b/c they are lucky to run low 11's stock in the 1/8 with those, and in the high 10's with bolt on's.

I also have the 7700 series which is a whole bunch heavier with 265/75/16 BFG A/T. He used to have the aluminum 20's on there with 275/65 michelin LTX tires (33") and he replaced them with stock steel 17's with 265/70 and BFG rugged trails. The 17's are a whole bunch heavier than those 20's were.

I guess I'll have to make a video here in the not so distant future.

You'll prolly get me then , 3.55x9.75 gear - stock tune, stock intake w/gotts mod. I think what helps mine is the polished upper intake. It's the aluminum type and was really rough inside. I had to take a few areas down quite a bit just to smooth it out.

The truck has that E4OD 4x4 trans - I can't believe what that damn thing weighs.

I am curious to see what yours will do tho, you should time it (0-80 or 100)

I have know idea what mine runs on the track - just how long it takes to get to 80. Taking my truck to the track just doesn't seem right lol..

You have to do it to josh

I'm all for a little fun comparing some numbers, only problem is if someone has a tuner and has something like tire size wrong (intentionally or not) their numbers will be way off. There was a guy in the chips forum recently thinking his near stock 3 valve was running 0-60 in 6.1 seconds....yeah, right.... I haven't clocked to 80, usually 100, I'll do it tonight on the way home. I have one stretch of road I always use on the way home, I'll even turn around and go back the other way for an average in case there's any grade to it.... Who else is in? I wanna see how bad Built54 would smoke me.....need more incentive....

I half a$$ timed him once - He's not even in the double digigits yet at 100

Roush - you and I were pretty even at one time - not to long ago .. Yea, I want to see what you picked up - Looks like at least 1 second @ 60

Damn, maybe I better race shifty first :o
