I've had mine done since October and no issues with heat so far. Only crisp throttle response and a nice, clean look when you pop the hood. Hell, for the price, if it ever does warp, you can keep replacing it indefinitely and probably never reach the price of a CAI.

Just did mine today. I must say, I am VERY impressed compared to the airaid intake I had before. I actually sold the airaid an hour ago for more than I paid for it

Did mine yesterday for 11.63 and still have enough pipe to start another!
Definitely feel a difference up top and the engine doesnt starve for air with the headers, shifts through the gears nicer, less drone on the exhaust. Waiting to see if any mpg increases happen but im in the vegas heat so getting better than 12.5 is just a plus

ok, I have had mine done for a couple months now and at the same time I did this mod I also put on a Century canopy. I get +2mpg and I love the sound of the air getting sucked in! Now I just need to ditch the stock muffler and I will be set.

depends on which one you go with, but you'll more than likely be on the throttle way more resulting in the damage to your mileage

Wont effect it at all.

But with the new pipe you may be on the throttle alot more to hear the exhaust groan. There for your MPG would drop. Keep your foot of the gas like before and it wont have any effect.

Add me to the list guys! Did mine yesterday and honestly didn't expect a difference, man was I wrong, truck is so much more responsive when I hit the gas and it gets up and goes and mine is the 4.6 V8! Thanks!
