Is a duel in duel out muffler and loud as two single in single outs? The reason I ask is because on Jegs I saw a flowmaster 40 series for $80. I have true duals so I'd need dual in dual out. But I don't want a duel in duel out if it isn't as loud as two single in single outs. So can someone tell me which would sound better/louder.

 

I think two Single in Single outs are better, most likely have less chambers in the singles, one muffler running on its own cat should definatly sound louder.

 

I don't have cats. So it'd be two mufflers running with no cat.
