Do all Flowmaster mufflers have name embosed?
No less than a year ago I went to the local muffler shop and had a Flowmaster 40 Series put on with 3" duals at an angle out the side of the back. A few days ago I was curious so I decided to look around at the muffler and noticed that nowhere on it says Flowmaster or the part number. My question here is do all Flowmaster mufflers have their name embosed on the muffler? If not, how do I know that it is what it is? If so, what should I do about this scam?

yeah man, i'd watch out for that. sometimes its made too all the same dimentions and everything by a different company. some mechanic garages or shops think that you won't know the difference. it's cheaper but they may charge you for the flowmaster or whatever name. usually when i buy something, i either go to summit, 4 wheel parts or straight from the company. you just never know with all these discount places and websites.

Has anyone ever heard of turbo flow dual exhaust? It has been about a year since I switched from glass packs because they were rusted out to what I thought was flowmasters. I got underneath my truck and looked a couple days ago to see if they were flowmaster. Well there is no logo on them and they are like cylinder shaped. I remember I had a choice between turbo flow and flowmasters and I think I must have said turbo flow? I can't find the paper work anywhere either. I might take a picture of them today and see if anyone knows what they are.
